User Agreement

1. Acceptance and Application

By registering for, accessing, or using HeyMarmot AI, you agree to this User Agreement and applicable policies including the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the platform.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for your account and login activities:

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activities under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access for security risks, abuse, or violations of this agreement.

3. Service Scope

HeyMarmot AI currently provides features including:

• AI image and video generation tasks and conversation workflows.
• Asset upload, storage, and retrieval in your account workspace.
• Credits, membership status, and subscription management pages.
• Provider-based generation and payment flows via integrated third-party services.

4. Credits and Subscription

Some features require credits or active membership. Credit grants, deductions, refunds, and entitlement updates follow platform rules and billing events.

Subscription checkout and recurring billing are processed by third-party payment providers. Billing results and callback timing may affect when entitlements become active.

5. User Content and Permissions

You are responsible for prompts, files, and generated outputs associated with your account.

• You represent that you have rights to upload and use input content you provide.
• You grant us the minimum rights needed to store, process, and display content solely for providing platform functionality.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or commercial use.
• The asset library is provided for convenient retrieval and management only. We do not guarantee permanent retention of uploaded or generated content; please download and back up your files locally as soon as possible after generation.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes, including:

• Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
• Attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, or abusing APIs and infrastructure.
• Using automated methods to disrupt service stability or consume resources abnormally.
• Violating rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform software, trademarks, and service materials remain the property of HeyMarmot AI or its licensors.

This agreement does not transfer ownership of platform intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law.

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time for product, compliance, or operational reasons, with reasonable efforts to maintain continuity.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyMarmot AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, applicable law, or platform security requirements.

After termination, certain data may remain for required legal retention periods, fraud prevention, and dispute handling as described in our policies.

11. Agreement Updates and Contact

We may revise this agreement when product capabilities, legal obligations, or service providers change.
