Last updated: February 25, 2026

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered for accidental or duplicate payments made through official channels.

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not provided for consumed credits, generated assets, partial subscription periods, or preference-based dissatisfaction.

  • Duplicate charges for the same order or subscription period.
  • Billing errors caused by internal system issues.
  • Orders where credits or membership benefits were not delivered after successful payment and support cannot resolve the issue in reasonable time.

2. Refund Request Window

You must submit a refund request within 7 calendar days after the payment date.

Requests submitted after this window may be declined unless local law grants additional rights.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request via support@heymarmot.com and include the following information:

Our support team may request additional verification to protect account security and prevent fraud.

  • Account email and payment time.
  • Order, transaction, or subscription ID (if available).
  • A brief explanation and relevant screenshots or evidence.

4. Processing Time

After we confirm eligibility, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.

The final posting time depends on your payment provider and issuing bank.

5. Chargeback Policy

Please contact support at support@heymarmot.com before filing a chargeback. Unresolved payment disputes or fraudulent activity may lead to subscription suspension or account restrictions while we investigate.

If a chargeback is resolved in your favor, related entitlements may be reversed to keep account balances consistent.

6. Policy Updates and Abuse Prevention

We may update this policy when product features, payment workflows, or legal requirements change.

To protect all users, we may reject requests involving misuse, repeated bad-faith claims, or falsified evidence.
